PolyAnalytik is a contract research laboratory specializes in the analysis of synthetic polymers, biopolymers, and natural polymers utilized in broad range of applications in the Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, Food, Agriculture, and Environmental Sectors. Our focus is on developing complete analytical solutions through contract analysis or contract research projects to help our clients integrate macromolecular characteristics with their product performance and safety.
Job Summary: PolyAnalytik is looking for a qualified candidate to help establish and maintain a new facility in Turkey.
. Manage facility requirements and communications.
. Oversees management of daily laboratory resource allocations and budget management
. Identifying, prioritizing, initiating, and planning technical programs, on a global basis.
. Lead all administrative functions - email and phone enquiries, sales efforts, facility management, and communicate with international clients and team members.
. Support various international facilities and communicate clearly on timelines and objectives
. Provides technical oversight of labs, equipment and testing, make recommended changes and serves as a resource for problem solving and process improvement
. Establish and maintain laboratory procedures and protocols
. Install, operate and maintain laboratory functions and equipment performance by following set procedures and protocols
. Develop and implement strategies to ensure lab maintenance is achieved
. Prepare various aqueous buffer solutions and conduct general wet chemistry experiments
. Experience with organic solvents, liquid chromatography and polymer characterization in general
. Lead ongoing research projects on developing standards and chromatography methods for characterization of macromolecules and small molecules.
. General maintenance and up keeping of the laboratory equipment and facilities.
. Some travel maybe required to participate in scientific conferences or client site visits.
. The preferred candidates would be graduate in Chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology programs.
. Possess proficiency in writing technical reports and preparing presentations
. Self-motivation and enthusiastic personality are a must
. Possess leadership skills to lead a group of scientists
. Excellent project and time management skills
. Ability to work independently and part of a team environment
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
. Possess excellent time management skills to manage multiple project at once
. Ability to travel across Turkey for scientific conference and shows if required
